07:30am – 16.30pm Mon – Thurs 07:30am – 13:30pm Fri

Are you an experienced with Administration and Customer Service, and looking for a new challenge?
Arch Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Support Administrator for a Manufacturing company based in Nuneaton. This is a position suited to candidates with experience within customer service and that have strong administration skills as well as a knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
Role responsibilities –
For the role of Customer Support Administrator, you will be supporting the sales team with customer queries, expediting and administration.
You will be customer facing when required for the role of Customer Support Administrator.
You will be completing various administration duties for the role of Customer Support Administrator.
Role requirements –
You will be experienced within administration for the role of Customer Support Administrator.
A strong knowledge of Excel/IT packages is required for the Customer Support Administrator role.
You will have a customer service background and be comfortable completing some sales for the role of Customer Support Administrator.
A knowledge of the manufacturing industry, ideally Aerospace is required for this position.
