Customer Support Advisor Responsibilities This position will involve, but will not be limited to: Handling a high volume of outbound warm calls daily to gather relevant information from customers, supporting their registrations and renewals to ensure compliance and smooth operations. Responding to service enquiries promptly, maintaining high standards of customer service to foster long-term relationships. Logging and updating customer information accurately in the systems to support efficient processes and data integrity. Collaborating with team members to meet targets and deliver excellent service, contributing to the ongoing success of the support team. Supporting the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless experience. Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations and company policies to provide informed assistance. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficient IT skills, including good knowledge of CRM systems or similar tools. Adaptability and a proactive attitude, with a team-oriented approach. Location Based in Oxford, the role offers hybrid working with two days in the office required.
