Job Description:

The Customer Support Advisor is responsible for providing an ongoing and efficient customer focused support service to Property Managers and clients. Key responsibilities and tasks include:
Client & Customer Interaction – Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally, ensuring timely and grammatically correct responses.
Service Standards & Communication – Maintain politeness, clarity, and professionalism in all interactions while meeting customer expectations.
Issue Resolution & Administration – Address portfolio-related instructions, monitor contractor service delivery, and process insurance claims efficiently.
Property Visits & Monitoring – Accompany Property Managers on site visits and ensure service levels are upheld.
Decision-Making & Problem-Solving – Assess situations logically, provide reasoned responses, and contribute to process improvements.
Customer Satisfaction & Continuous Improvement – Actively seek ways to enhance service delivery, identify trends, and exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications:
Basic IT skills (word-processing and spreadsheets).
Industry specific systems (e.g. Propman / FixFlo) knowledge is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
A good communicator (both written and oral), able to motivate both the direct staff and on-site staff to provide a user friendly and customer orientated management service .
Organised and proactive.
