We’re working with a fantastic company that’s looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Own the customer experience by acting as the first point of contact for all inbound phone calls and emails.
* Take ownership of technical issues, providing first-line support to resolve service problems swiftly and avoid unnecessary engineer callouts.
* Support field-based account managers with timely and accurate administrative assistance.
* Accurately identify customer needs through active listening and clear, empathetic communication.
* Deliver practical, customer-focused solutions that drive satisfaction and operational efficiency.
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints, taking accountability for identifying root causes and recommending improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a customer service or technical support environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
* Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines without compromising accuracy.
