Key responsibilities:
* Manage and monitor all incoming RMAs, identifying fault patterns and fixing them promptly
* Review processes for efficiency and implement cost-effective improvements
* Build strong working relationships with external partners, including service centres and coast guards
* Respond to customer enquiries across multiple channels in a professional and empathetic manner
* Document and escalate customer issues and feedback accurately
* Act as a liaison between customer service, production and senior leadership
* Support health & safety, and quality standards in all activities
* Oversee facilities and contribute to building management duties
What we’re looking for:
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* High-level computer literacy and confident multi-tasking ability
* A positive, solutions-driven mindset
* Commitment to continuous improvement and quality service
* Experience in a technical customer support environment is advantageous
