Job Description

Customer Support Executive Location: Christchurch (Full time based in the Office) Job Type: Permanent Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm We are recruiting for a Customer Support Executive for an established company based in the Christchurch area. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be working in a back-office role to; * Providing support to customers via online contact & live chat for any enquiries including aftersales support * Liaising with suppliers to check stock levels, order progress and shipping information * Processing customer orders and sending out order updates for deliveries * Keeping customers up to date on any delays to orders Experience required; * Previous Customer Service / Sales Administration / Sales Coordination experience * PC literate with experience of Microsoft word & excel * Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload For more information on this position or to apply for this role, please either contact our recruitment team on (phone number removed) or send your CV.
