Job Description

Customer Support/Migration Support – 6-Month Fixed Term Contract with possible extension. Location: Warwick (Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days home) Salary: £28,000 – £29,500 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Start Date: Ideally early December About the Role We’re recruiting Customer Support people for a leading software company that provides award-winning business solutions to thousands of clients across the UK and Ireland. As part of their Migration Support team, you’ll help existing customers move from the desktop version of their software to a new cloud-based platform. You’ll receive a full month of training before taking scheduled phone and Teams appointments — guiding users step-by-step through the migration process and ensuring every transition runs smoothly. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to be extended or made permanent for the right person. What The Customer Support people will be doing Supporting customers migrating from desktop to cloud-based software. Delivering outstanding customer service via pre-booked phone and Teams appointments. Guiding customers through the migration process, answering questions, and resolving issues. Using Zendesk and HubSpot to log and manage customer interactions. Troubleshooting problems and ensuring data transfers are completed accurately. Assisting the wider support team during quieter migration periods. What We’re Looking For in Customer Support People Customer support experience is essential — you’ll be speaking with customers daily. Experience with software migration, data transfer, or SaaS systems is a big plus. Confident communicator with a friendly, patient manner. Strong IT literacy and quick to learn new systems. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
