The Role
We’re looking for a Business Centre Coordinator to become the backbone of our customer operations. This role is perfect for someone who is:

Comfortable working independently in a small, quiet office.
*
Able to multitask between customer enquiries, quotations, and office admin.
*
Keen to provide excellent service over the phone and by email.
Key responsibilities:

Responding to customer enquiries (phone/email).
*
Preparing and following up on quotations.
*
Monitoring goods in transit and updating customers.
*
Managing daily office activities in line with company training.
*
Stepping out occasionally to meet local customers when required.
About You

Have experience in customer service, admin, or office coordination.
