Salary: £30,000.00 - £40,000.00

Are you an experienced Cut & Crease Operator looking for your next opportunity? Join a well-established, family-run packaging manufacturer with over 50 years of experience producing premium folding cartons for some of the UK's leading brands.
They are looking for skilled operators to join our busy cutting department, working with Bobst and Masterworks machinery. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and take pride in producing high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you.
Purpose of a Cut and Crease Operator:
As a Cut & Crease Operator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality folding cartons used on high-speed packing lines. Experience with embossing, debossing, and blanking would be an advantage.
What they are looking for in a Cut and Crease Operator:
Previous experience operating cut and crease machinery (Bobst experience is advantageous)
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good communication skills
