Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Cutter / Sewing Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating an Eastman cutting machine and strong sewing skills. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate material cutting and high-quality finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain Eastman cutting machines to cut fabrics/materials accurately.
Perform sewing tasks, including assembling and finishing products as required.
Follow technical specifications, patterns, and quality standards.
Inspect work to ensure accuracy, precision, and quality compliance.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience with Eastman cutting machines is essential.
Proficiency in sewing techniques (industrial sewing experience preferred).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to follow instructions, patterns, and technical drawings.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
