Cyber Security Engineer
* Rate: Up to £650/day (Inside IR35)
* Contract: 3 months initially
* Location: Remote
We’re looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to help deliver the first phase of a security monitoring project. You’ll be onboarding critical services into the SOC and improving monitoring across the organisation.
What you’ll do:
* Onboard and monitor critical services.
* Manage and improve SIEM and SOAR platforms.
* Build and maintain security playbooks.
* Work with large enterprise environments (10,000+ users).
* Use IaC to support secure deployments.
What we’re looking for:
* 2+ years’ experience with security platforms (SIEM, SOAR).
* Hands-on with Cortex XDR, Cortex Data Lake, Cortex XSOAR.
* Experience with XSIAM playbooks and correlation.
* Knowledge of public sector standards.
* Strong communication skillsBefore You Apply
