Job Description
Scope:
GF & 1st Floor commercial office project
Full strip out back to shel with new MEP & 'CAT B' fit out, inc. FF&E etc
Building will be fully empty during the site works with plenty of parking on site.
Project dates
Site set up week: wk. comm. 6th April
Start on site: Monday 13th April
Duration: 12 weeks delivery phase
Handover: Monday 6th July
Close out: wk. comm. 6th July
Total duration 14 weeks
