Job Description
My Client are looking for a D365 CE Business Analyst for a contract opportunity to start ASAP.
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
Rate: Negotiable
Location: Hybrid – London, East Midlands
Length: Initial 6 Months
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) implementations.
Proven track record in retail or e-commerce industry projects, with deep understanding of omnichannel operations, POS systems, order management, and supply chain processes.
Extensive experience in business process mapping, gap/fit analysis, and requirements documentation using standard methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Agile).
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for solution design and delivery.
Hands-on experience supporting D365 integrations with third-party platforms (ERP, CRM, e-commerce, payment gateways, logistics, etc.).
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills, with experience working in fast-paced, multi-country retail environments.
Desirable: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate (Finance, SCM, or Commerce) or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
