D365 CE Functional Consultant:

Job Responsibilities:
* Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document their needs for D365 CE projects.
* Functional Specifications: Convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications and system design documents.
* Implementation: Work closely with technical teams to ensure the correct implementation and customization of D365 CE solutions.
* Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis and mapping to support integration and migration processes.
* Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business process models, use cases, and user stories.
* Testing: Create test plans, perform system testing, and support user acceptance testing.
* Training: Provide training and support to end-users during deployment and post-implementation.
* Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in D365 CE functionality and related technologies.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a CE Functional Consultant, specifically with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
* Skills: In-depth knowledge of D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service. Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents. Experience with data analysis, data mapping, and data integration.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Certification: Dynamics 365 CE certification is optional but preferred.
