Job Description
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant
Location: Ireland / Dublin / Hybrid or Fully Remote - You must be based in Ireland
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
* Analyse and translate business needs into functional specifications and system design documents.
* Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation.
* Perform data analysis, mapping, and support integration/migration processes.
* Create and maintain documentation (process models, use cases, user stories).
* Assist in test planning, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation support.
* Stay updated on D365 CE features and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
* 4+ years of experience in a similar role with Dynamics 365 CE.
* Strong knowledge of D365 CE modules and Power Platform.
* Experience with business process mapping and functional documentation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Desirable:
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certification.
* Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
