About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and business-focused Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant to join our client in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly for an end user, shaping and enhancing CRM capabilities to support customer service and business operations. You’ll play a key role in translating business requirements into effective D365 CE solutions, working closely with stakeholders across departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business users to gather and analyse requirements related to customer service and engagement processes.
* Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE modules, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.
* Design and implement workflows and Power Automate flows to streamline operations.
* Define and manage security roles and access permissions within the CRM.
* Support testing, training, and user adoption activities across the organisation.
* Document functional specifications, configuration changes, and process improvements.
* Act as a liaison between business teams and technical developers to ensure solutions meet business needs.
* Stay up to date with new features and updates in the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
Skills & Experience
* 4+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 CE in a functional consulting role.
* Strong understanding of Customer Service module and related business processes.
* Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools, especially Power Automate.
* Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
* Experience working in an Agile or iterative delivery environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* (Bonus) Experience with Canvas Apps or integrations with other business systemsBefore You Apply
