D365 F&O Reporting & Analytics Business Partner | Hounslow Based (Hybrid Working) | £60,000 to £70,000 + Bonus

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Reporting & Analytics Business Partner with specialities in D365 F&O, to lead business reporting and analytics, designing scalable models, dashboards, and KPI reports that give leadership teams the tools to make smarter, faster decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and deliver reporting and analytics across key functional areas
Develop reports to support ERP implementation and beyond
Develop scalable analytical models
Ensure sustainability and scalability of reporting models
Partner with business users to identify critical questions and deliver actionable insights
Play a key role in embedding analytics into business cultureKey Skills:
Strong track record in business analytics, reporting, and insight delivery
Expert in Power BI and SQL for data extraction, modelling, and interpretation
Experience with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) is essential
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Collaborative and inquisitive, with the confidence to lead high-profile projects and engage stakeholders across multiple levels
Willingness to travel across Europe for projects and collaboration
