D365 F&O Supply Chain SME - UK (Remote with European Travel)Salary: £70,000-£90,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension
Hays has partnered with a leading international manufacturing group that's about to kick off a major D365 F&O implementation across its diverse portfolio of businesses. As part of this long-term transformation, they're building a dedicated in-house ERP team to work alongside their implementation partner-and now they're looking to hire a UK-based D365 expert to complete the team.
Following recent key hires in Germany, Spain, and Portugal, this UK-based role will be pivotal in rolling out a standardised D365 F&O solution across the group. You'll act as the subject-matter expert in core supply chain areas-sales, purchasing, inventory, production, planning, and warehouse management-guiding each business through its digital transformation journey and ensuring consistent, successful adoption of the new system.
What we're looking for:
Strong experience with D365 F&O in supply chain and manufacturing domains.
We're also open to candidates with solid D365 Business Central experience, especially within SCM and manufacturing.
Ability to work remotely, with flexibility to travel to UK and European sites during key project phases (e.g. go-lives).What's on offer:
Basic salary between £70,000 and £90,000 (depending on experience)
£6,000 car allowance
Annual bonus of £5,000-£7,500
Fixed pension contribution of £5,000-£7,500
25 days annual leave
This is a critical hire, with first-stage interviews planned for the week commencing 20th October, and a view to having someone in place for the New Year.
