Role: Senior Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant (D365 F&O / AX)
📍 Location: Europe-based (remote/hybrid with international travel as needed)
Role Overview:
An exciting opportunity for a seasoned Finance Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (formerly AX) to join a global consultancy working on cross-border, enterprise-scale ERP projects. This senior role involves leading finance workstreams, advising clients on best practices, and delivering high-quality solutions that drive business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of D365 Finance modules across international implementation projects
Translate complex finance requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Ensure all implementations follow structured project methodology and best practices
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying improvements and risks
Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution design and client presentations
Provide mentorship to junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing across teams
Represent the consulting team professionally in both client-facing and internal engagementsKey Requirements:
5 years + of ERP consulting experience, with strong expertise in D365 F&O or AX finance modules
End-to-end international ERP implementations
Previous hands-on experience in a finance role (e.g., accounting, FP&A, controlling)
Solid understanding of global financial processes, compliance, and localisation requirements
Proven track record in pre-sales, solution design, and client engagement
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and client-oriented approach
