Job Description
We are currently seeking a DAF Master Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive Fleet Operator based in the Glasgow area.
The successful HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £49,500 with OTE of circa £54,000 with working hours of 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
Our Client is looking for a DAF Master Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

Long-term role with technical progression and support Typical Duties for our client include, but are not limited to:
Servicing, repair and Maintenance of DAF Trucks
Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
Completion of MOT preparationRequirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an HGV Technician, ideally working with DAF vehicles
Completion of Level 4 specialist training through the DAF Academy (or willingness to undertake it if not yet completed)
Successful completion of the DAF accredited assessment process to achieve or work toward DAF Master Technician status
Strong knowledge of DAF diagnostic systems, fault-finding procedures, and advanced repair techniques
Recognised qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
Ability to work independently, manage complex diagnostic tasks, and maintain high standards of accuracy and safety
Familiarity with DAF and Isuzu vehicles is highly desirable
