Job Description
A great opportunity has arisen for a Damp & Mould Operative based in Walton-On-Thames to join a social housing contractor on temporary ongoing basis paying £20.50per hour CIS. This role will be covering the whole of London and you must be willing to travel. A company van and fuel card will be supplied.
Working hours - Mon - Fri 8am til 17:00pm with a van and fuel card supplied.
The successful candidate will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van.
Damp and Mould Operative Duties:
Following training generally assess and diagnose damp and mould problems
Washing and cleaning affected surfaces within residents' homes.
Treating damp and mould with specified mould treatments.
Carrying our minor repair works.The Successful Damp and Mould Operative will be required to:
Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
Carry out works allocated by appointments
Have a valid UK Driving LicenceBefore You Apply
