I have a Damp and Mould Operative position in the Luton and surrounding areas working for a well established company within the social housing sector. This is a permanent position for a Damp and Mould Operative where you will be working on reactive repairs within domestic properties, you will be supplied a company van and fuel card.
In this Damp and Mould Operative role you will be responsible for:
Removing damp and mould from social housing properties
Applying mould treatments to walls
Driving to different locations across the Luton area
Patch tiling
Basic plumbing
Basic carpentry
Painting and decorating
The successful Damp and Mould Operative will receive in return:
£30,000 a year annual salary
Company van and fuel card included
Specialist tools provided
Various bonus schemes available
Overtime available
