We're currently recruiting for a Damp and Mould Operative to join the responsive repairs team at an award-winning housing association. You'll be responsible for treating and maintaining properties affected by damp and mould, ensuring a safe and healthy living environment for tenants. Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll carry out cleaning, treatment, and minor repair tasks across a range of homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out semi-skilled labouring tasks to address damp and mould issues
Washing, cleaning, and treating affected surfaces using approved mould treatments.
Supporting the wider repairs team with additional duties as required
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety guidelinesRequirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)Benefits:
