Job Description
We are currently looking for a Damp and Mould Operative in the Hemel Hempstead, working for a well established Housing Association. This is a permanent position, working on reactive repairs team within domestic properties.
In this Damp and Mould Operative role, you will be responsible for:
Removing damp and mould from social housing properties
Applying mould treatments to walls
Driving to different locations across Hertfordshire
General maintenance such as basic joinery, basic plumbing, patch tiling, patch plastering and painting etc
We are looking for a Damp and Mould Operative who:
Holds a full UK driving licence
Has their own hand tools
Has experience in a similar role dealing with damp and mould
In return, the Damp and Mould Operative will receive:
£35,000 base salary
Company van and fuel card included
Specialist tools provided
Various bonus schemes available
Overtime available
Call out available
