Job Description
One of my Local Authority clients based in North East Wales is looking for a Damp and Mould Surveyor on an interim basis for 6 months.
Ideally you will:
Based in a commutable distance (5 days on site, 6 visits a day)
Have 2+ years experience within Damp and Mould Surveying in a social housing capacity.Important responsibilities include:
Diagnose Damp and Mould issues
Ability to write detailed in depth reports for external contractors (up to 20 pages)
