Damp, Mould and Disrepair Surveyor
* 6 month rolling contract
* Negotiable rate
A public sector organisation based in Surrey are on the lookout for an interim Damp, Mould and Disrepair Surveyor.
You will contribute to the successful delivery and completion of damp, mould and disrepair works within a new dedicated team within the Assets department. Carrying out your role efficiently and effectively, ensure property inspections and works are delivered to a high standard.
The majority of the properties are based in the KT Postcode and also have some stock all across South London and across the Greenwich and Bexley.
The role comes with Hybrid Working with only being required in the office 1-2 times per week. The rate for this role is negotiable. Immediate Start.
