Job Description
A great opportunity has arisen for a Damp & Mould Operative based in Lambeth to join a social housing contractor on temporary ongoing basis paying £20.50per hour.
The successful candidate will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van.
Damp and Mould Operative Duties:
Following training generally assess and diagnose damp and mould problems
Washing and cleaning affected surfaces within residents' homes.
Treating damp and mould with specified mould treatments.
Carrying our minor repair works.
The Successful Damp and Mould Operative will be required to:
Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
Carry out works allocated by appointments
Have a valid UK Driving LicenceBefore You Apply
