Sidcup
£180 - £200 per day + Overtime + Long Term Contract + IMMEDIATE START
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Damp and Mould Technician to secure long-term work with a well-established property maintenance contractor. Working across social housing properties, you'll be responsible for identifying, treating, and preventing damp and mould issues to ensure tenants' homes remain safe and compliant. Your Role as a Damp & Mould Technician will include:
* Inspecting social housing properties to diagnose causes of damp and mould
* Treating affected areas and carrying out remedial works to prevent reoccurrence
* Completing reports, photos, and recommendations for follow-up action
* Working independently across London, Surrey, and Kent
The successful Damp & Mould Technician will have:
* Experience in damp and mould treatment, property maintenance, or building repair
* Strong understanding of moisture control, ventilation, and remedial techniques
* Ability to diagnose root causes and communicate clearly with tenants and clients
* Full UK driving licence and own tools/van
