Job Description

Damp and Mould Surveyor North East Lincolnshire 6 months ongoing £Negotiable 37 hours a week We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider in North East Lincolnshire, to recruit for a Damp and Mould Surveyor on a temporary ongoing basis. Duties of the Damp and Mould Surveyor: Undertake surveys, prepare schedules of condition, schedules of work, tender documentation and ensure specifications are kept up to date Oversee the right response to damp and mould cases based on severity Assist in the design, procurement and management of contracts and contractors in delivering works within the damp and mould workstreams Manage day to day workload Complete pre and post inspections Adhere to all health and safety regulationsRequirements of the Damp and Mould Surveyor: Strong knowledge around the cause of damp and mould and HHSRS Driving licence and access to a vehicle
