Position: Dance Teacher
Location: Wolverhampton and surrounding areas
Contract Type: Full-time or Part-time (flexible)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and responsibilities
Role Responsibilites:
Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive dance lessons to secondary pupils
Encourage creativity, expression, and physical fitness through dance
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to extra-curricular dance activities or performances
Maintain high standards of behaviour and respect within the classroom
Role Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant dance teaching qualifications
Proven experience teaching dance at secondary level
Strong communication and organisational skills
A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
