What you'll actually be doing and why it matters You'll support the day-to-day administration of customer-facing platforms and internal systems that underpin building performance monitoring and optimisation programmes. Responsibilities will include: Managing user access, permissions, onboarding and offboarding Supporting internal and external stakeholders with platform queries and data requests Maintaining customer, site and organisational records Monitoring data quality and investigating discrepancies Coordinating regular and ad hoc reporting activities Managing support requests and tracking system updates Ensuring data remains accurately configured and maintained across multiple platformsThe accuracy of your work directly contributes to the reliability of the information used to support smarter, more efficient building operation. The challenge The role involves managing information across multiple systems and supporting a range of stakeholders, so accuracy, organisation and consistency are essential. You'll need to be comfortable working with data, investigating issues and maintaining high standards of quality. Your development Full training will be provided on the systems, platforms and processes used within the role.
