BCBS 239 Data & Analytics Consultants (varying levels available)
Our client, a leading financial services institution, is advancing its BCBS 239 Risk Data Aggregation and Reporting (RDAR) programme.
We’re seeking experienced consultants to strengthen data management capabilities, deliver compliant reporting processes, and embed best practices in risk data governance.
You’ll join a multidisciplinary consulting team spanning data, analytics, and regulatory change, working closely with client stakeholders in Risk, Finance, and Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Support delivery of the BCBS 239 implementation roadmap, ensuring alignment with PRA/ECB expectations.
Conduct gap analysis against BCBS 239 principles 1–14, identify remediation actions, and track progress.
Define and document data lineage, controls, and quality metrics across risk-reporting data flows.
Partner with Risk and Finance teams to improve data aggregation, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting accuracy.
Collaborate with architects and data-engineering teams to design sustainable data models and metadata standards.
Contribute to the development of governance frameworks, policies, and control libraries (data ownership, stewardship, RACI).
Communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders through clear, concise reporting.Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in BCBS 239, Risk Data Aggregation, or Regulatory Reporting programmes within banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of data governance, lineage, and quality frameworks
Hands-on experience with data analysis, metadata management, or MI tooling
Knowledge of risk-reporting processes
Comfortable operating in agile, consulting, and hybrid-delivery environmentsBefore You Apply
