Apprenticeship Coach – Data Analytics
Remote
£40,000 – £45,000 | Full-time, Permanent
Are you an experienced apprenticeship coach or trainer with a passion for helping learners succeed? This is a fantastic opportunity to guide apprentices through the Data Analyst standard, from day one all the way to End Point Assessment.
This isn’t about being a practising data analyst, it’s about using your expertise in coaching and teaching to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
*
Deliver engaging coaching sessions on the Data Analyst apprenticeship standard.
*
Provide 1:1 coaching, remote group sessions, and ongoing learner support.
*
Prepare apprentices for End Point Assessment with tailored feedback and mock assessments.
*
Support learners in skills such as data analysis, visualisation, statistics, and reporting.
*
Work with employers to ensure learning aligns with workplace performance.
*
Embed Maths, English, Safeguarding, Prevent and British Values across delivery.
*
Keep accurate records in line with Ofsted, ESFA, and internal compliance.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience delivering or coaching apprenticeships (ideally in data, digital, or tech).
✅ Strong background in teaching, training, or coaching – able to engage and motivate.
✅ A recognised teaching qualification (min. Level 3, ideally working towards Level 4+).
✅ An assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, D32/D33 or equivalent).
✅ English & Maths Level 2 (Functional Skills or equivalent).
✅ Familiarity with Aptem, OneFile, or PICS (desirable, not essential).
