Data Manager – The Role
A highly successful independent school based in Bushey is seeking an experienced Data Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of the school's data, information systems, and reporting infrastructure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the effective use and development of iSAMS, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and accessibility across the organisation. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, providing high-quality reporting, analysis, and insights to support decision-making across academic, pastoral, admissions, and operational areas.
The role will involve managing academic year processes, developing automated reporting solutions, maintaining system integrations, supporting GDPR compliance, and ensuring the integrity and security of all school data. You will also provide training and support to staff, helping to maximise the effective use of data systems throughout the school.
