W Talent is delighted to be working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Belper, Derby, who are seeking a Data Migration & Compliance Administrator to support the company's Data Governance and Transformation team. This role is essential in ensuring an organised, accurate, and proactive approach to data management and compliance throughout the business.
Role Details
The Data Migration & Compliance Administrator will provide key administrative and technical support to the data and systems team located in Belper, Derby, maintaining accurate records, assisting with data quality reporting, and ensuring the smooth operation of all data management processes during the company's migration to SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update master and transactional data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across business systems.
Support and validate data cleansing activities, ensuring alignment with global design templates and data governance principles.
Provide proactive and efficient administrative support, including data input, extraction, validation, and report generation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to plan and execute data migration, testing, cutover, and validation activities.
Coordinate and document compliance and data governance activities, ensuring GDPR and internal standards are met.
Provide training and support to colleagues on data systems, promoting a culture of data quality and accountability.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support audits, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
Assist in producing accurate reports, including data quality metrics, project progress, and performance KPIs.
Support post-go-live activities, including hypercare and the transition to steady-state data management.
Required Skills
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in SAP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Confident in managing and reporting on data using internal platforms and tools.
Ability to train, support, and communicate effectively with colleagues across teams.
Knowledge of data governance, GDPR compliance, or ERP transformation projects is advantageous.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
