Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Data Protection Officer on a 6 month rolling contract, based in Central London
This role will be 3 days on site
This role falls INSIDE IR35
Role Summary
* A senior member of the UK legal and compliance team is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Clients UK privacy programme.
* This role involves providing support to the UK business and enabling functions by offering professional guidance, practical advice, and assistance to promote a culture of awareness and compliance regarding data protection issues.
* Development and management of the data protection and privacy framework to ensure compliance with the GDPR and other applicable privacy, AI and cyber security legislation & guidance.
* Delivering proactive and pragmatic advice to maximise compliance and minimise disruption and costs to the business.
