This is a Data Science Manager role within a global insurance business, sitting in a growing Strategic Analytics team focused on using predictive modelling and advanced analytics to drive better business decisions.
The role is focused on identifying opportunities where data can improve performance, working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and developing analytics-led solutions that deliver real value.
You'll oversee the development of predictive models and machine learning solutions, whilst providing leadership and support to a team of Data Scientists and acting as a key link between the business and analytics functions.
It's a hands-on leadership role where you'll be expected to combine strong technical knowledge with stakeholder engagement, mentoring and project delivery.
