Job Description
My client, an Engineering company with offices based in Evesham and Stourport is looking for a Data Technician to work across both sites on an initial 6 month contract, there is a very good chance it will become a permanent position.
The role will require you to work on-site, initially at the site in Evesham before they relocate to Stourport in a few months, it is a full-time role, Mon-Fri (Apply online only)
The main responsibilities of the role is as follows
- Manage a large volumes paperwork in digital format
- Review existing procedures and recommend improvements where necessary
- Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and integrity of data management.
- Provide training recommendations to reduce system errors and queries
- work closely with stakeholders across the business to meet deadlines
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
- Previous experience of handling large volumes of date with strong attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills especially MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable working across multiple computer applications.
- Experience in process mapping, documentation, and digitization projects is desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to get on with stakeholders at all levels
The salary on offer is up to £35,000
