Key Responsibilities:
Support individuals with learning disabilities in engaging with meaningful activities that enhance their health, employ-ability, and independence.
Provide respectful, person-centred personal care.
Collaborate with colleagues to implement tailored support plans and risk assessments.
Foster a safe, inclusive environment for all service users.
Maintain accurate records and participate in reviews and planning meetings.Essential Requirements:
