Day-to-Day Cover Teacher – Slough
Location: Slough and surrounding areas
Start Date: September 2025
Pay: £130–£170 per day (dependent on experience)
Are you a qualified teacher looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle? Teaching Personnel is seeking Day-to-Day Cover Teachers to work in primary and secondary schools across Slough from September.
This is an excellent opportunity for newly qualified, early career, or experienced teachers seeking flexibility while continuing to make a difference in the classroom.
The Role:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task
Flexible, day-to-day supply work to fit around your availability
Opportunity to gain experience in a range of schools
Requirements:
✅ UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
✅ Strong behaviour management and classroom control
✅ Adaptability and confidence in teaching different year groups and subjects
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
✅ Excellent communication and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
