What You'll Be Doing:
Leading lessons across EYFS to Year 6 using pre-set plans in the teacher's absence
Delivering targeted small-group interventions to boost pupil progress
Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Working collaboratively with school teams to ensure smooth, high-impact teaching and learning
Bringing positivity and flexibility each day - every school, class, and opportunity will be different!
We're Looking For:
Previous experience providing cover is highly desirable
Degree or TA qualification (essential)
Confidence in leading whole-class learning across different primary year groups
A flexible, can-do approach, ready to adapt to each new classroom
SEN experience is a plus, but not essential
Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete it prior to starting)
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
