Siamo Recruitment are hiring on behalf of a prestigious, award-winning vehicle body repair centre with a reputation for working on some of the world’s most luxurious automotive brands, based in Cirencester. They are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Customer Advisor to become a key part of their growing team and lead with a customer-focussed mind.   Salary: £27,000 - £30,500   The benefits of joining our client: Competitive Salary 30 annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) Free onsite parking Pension Scheme Career Development Opportunities  This Receptionist Role will have the following responsibilities: Welcome customers in person, by phone, or online, and keep them updated throughout their vehicle’s repair journey. Manage bookings and repair schedules, ensuring efficient use of workshop capacity. Communicate clearly about services, timelines, and costs, including preparing invoices and processing payments. Recommend additional repairs or service plans based on vehicle assessments. Handle insurance excess payments and assist with related documentation. You’ll be the go-to person for resolving customer concerns-listening carefully, offering solutions, and helping every customer feel heard and valued. Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate would have the skillset below: Brings a warm, customer-first attitude that helps people feel welcome, supported, and valued. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with excellent multitasking, planning, and time-management skills. Communicates clearly and confidently, both in person and in writing, with customers and team members alike. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and industry-specific systems to support smooth operations. Able to spot and suggest relevant additional services that genuinely benefit the customer. Works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team, contributing to shared success.
