Job Description
Job Title: Deburrer
Shift: Days, 39 hours per week + Mon 7am -Thu 4pm and 7am - 12.30pm on Friday.
Rate: £13 - £14 per hour
Actio Recruitment are recruiting for a Deburrer for a estblished engineering company based in Exhall, this role involes removing burrs, sharp edges, and other imperfections from metal, plastic, or machined parts to ensure a smooth finish and meet quality standards. This role is critical in preparing components for assembly, coating, or shipping.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect machined parts for burrs, rough edges, and other surface defects.
*
Use hand tools (e.g., files, scrapers, sandpaper) and power tools (e.g., grinders, deburring wheels, rotary tools) to remove burrs and smooth surfaces.
*
Follow blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
*
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
*
Perform quality checks and document inspection results as needed.
Requirements:
*
Previous experience in deburring, finishing, or machining environments is a plus.
*
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
