Decorator – Yeovil
Rate: £16 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm
Nuco Solutions are seeking an experienced Decorator for a leading Housing Association in the Yeovil area. This temp to perm role involves high-quality decorating and finishing works across occupied and void social housing properties, including damp and mould treatment works.
Role Responsibilities
*
Internal and external painting and decorating
*
Preparing surfaces, including filling, sanding, and stripping old finishes
*
Applying paints, varnishes, and wallpapers to a high standard
*
Carrying out damp and mould treatment works, ensuring properties are left safe and compliant
*
Working in occupied homes with excellent tenant-facing skills
*
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and in line with health & safety guidelines
Requirements
*
Proven experience in painting and decorating
*
Experience in social housing desirable
*
Knowledge of damp and mould treatment procedures
*
Full UK Driving Licence (van and fuel card provided)
*
Ability to work independently and efficiently
