Mobile Decorator (Commercial Offices) – Surrey Area
Location: Surrey & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £34,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits Package

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Decorator to join our growing team, working across a portfolio of commercial office buildings throughout Surrey and the surrounding areas.
This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work with a professional facilities management team delivering high-quality decorating and refurbishment works.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional wallpaper hanging skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience working in occupied commercial environments where quality, professionalism, and customer service are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out all aspects of internal and external decorating.
* Prepare surfaces including filling, sanding, stripping, and priming.
* Hang a variety of commercial wallpapers to a high standard.
* Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and specialist coatings.
* Complete reactive maintenance and planned refurbishment works.
* Work safely within occupied office environments with minimal disruption.
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and housekeeping.
* Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and colleagues.
* Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety procedures.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a professional decorator.
* Excellent wallpaper hanging experience is essential.
* Experience working within commercial office environments.
* Strong preparation and finishing skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* CSCS Card (preferred but not essential).
