At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Degree Apprentice Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team based in Leeds. This is a great opportunity if you are interested in the commercial side of the construction industry to develop knowledge, skills and experience whilst studying a relevant degree and receiving guidance from a qualified surveyor.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The successful candidate will enrol onto the Level 6 Chartered Surveyor (Quantity Surveyor Pathway) Degree Apprenticeship, with one of our partners University.
Over 5 years, you will work towards a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying, as well as chartership with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
As a Degree Apprentice you will be recruited on a permanent contract and after completing your apprenticeship and professional accreditation with the RICS, becoming a Chartered Surveyor, you will have the knowledge, experience and professional membership to progress and be rewarded with a great career at M Group.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
GCSE grade 4 or equivalent and above in maths and English with a Quantity Surveying HNC or Level 4 qualification in Quantity Surveying
Great communication skills and a willingness to learn
A collaborative approach and a drive to make a difference
