We're hiring on behalf of an established and fast-growing recruitment business with two thriving offices in the Reading area. Following several years of sustained growth and major project wins, the team is expanding - and they're on the lookout for an experienced Resourcer who's passionate about finding top talent across a variety of sectors.
You'll be supporting high-volume, fast-paced recruitment projects across multiple industries, acting as a crucial player in delivering high-quality candidate pipelines for longstanding clients.
This is not a stepping stone to sales - it's a long-term opportunity for someone who loves delivery and wants to continue growing as a specialist Resourcer.
