Delivery Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Hybrid with occasional office attendance at our office in London or York
Salary: The full-time salary for this role is £26,063 per annum. This role is full-time (35 hours). Please note this is a fixed term role that is due to end in July 2026.

The role of co-ordinator is to provide excellent customer service in regard to Advance HE consultancy services, member benefit products, conferences, events and programmes, whether virtual, in person or hybrid delivered in UK or internationally.
The role is responsible for the coordination and completion of tasks allocated from an Executive, Lead Executive or Project team, within any stage of delivery management (DMF) from initiation to close down, ensuring a high-quality experience for all and effective implementation and monitoring of systems, procedures and policies.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for:
• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused support across consultancy projects, events, programmes, and member products.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver end-to-end event and project management, including logistics, travel, delegate management, and post-event evaluation.
• Provide full support for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, using platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams.
• Act as first-line customer/member support, handling enquiries, bookings, and information requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate smaller projects and events, ensuring delivery to agreed standards, budgets, and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., facilitators, speakers, partners).
• Support marketing, lead generation, and collaboration with business operations to maximise growth.
• Maintain accurate records in systems (e.g., D365 CRM, (url removed)), support system improvements, and process financial transactions (purchase orders, invoicing, budget tracking).
• Ensure cost-effective, high-quality solutions and services.
• Manage content on intranet, website, and digital platforms; support sharing of content via SMA, VLE, and networking tools.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects to deliver inclusive, accessible, and global events and services.
In order to be successful in this role you must have / be:
• Strong customer service skills (handling queries and complaints across multiple channels).
• Proven administrative, coordination, and event management experience.
• Proficient in CRM/databases and financial processes (invoices, purchase orders, budget awareness).
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), detail-focused.
• Organised, results-driven, able to manage competing deadlines.
• Collaborative, solution-focused, and customer/member-oriented.
• Innovative mindset with awareness of cost and growth opportunities.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight for events (UK & Ireland).
