Van Driver | Home Grocery Delivery | Afternoon to Late Shift | Temp Work | Warminster 🚛
Driver Hire Bristol is recruiting for a Van Driver to support a busy home grocery delivery service based in Warminster. This role is ideal for someone confident working independently, with previous experience in delivery driving and strong customer service skills.
🔸 Weekly Pay | Afternoon Starts | Customer-Facing Role | Based in Warminster 🔸
The Role:
Deliver grocery orders directly to customers' homes using a van
Based in Warminster with regular shift times of 15:00-22:30
Use handheld devices to manage deliveries and obtain customer signatures
Provide friendly, polite, and professional service at the door
Load your own van before setting out on your route
Follow safe driving practices and keep the vehicle clean and tidy
💷 Pay & Benefits:
Weekly PAYE pay
£12.30-£13.78 per hour (includes holiday pay via advanced holiday payment method)
Afternoon/evening shifts - perfect for those who prefer a later start
Ongoing temp work with consistent hours
🧰 What You'll Need:
Full UK driving licence (Category B)
Previous van driving and/or multi-drop delivery experience is preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Confident using handheld devices or apps
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage your time effectively
Comfortable working alone and taking responsibility for your route
