Job Title: Delivery Recruitment Consultant (x2)
Location: Brentwood (Hybrid – 2 days remote per week)
Salary: £24,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (First year OTE £40,000+)
Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are a fast-growing specialist recruitment agency operating in the dynamic and fast-paced blue-collar sector. Since launching, we've experienced rapid expansion and success and we're not slowing down. Due to continued growth, we're looking for two Delivery Consultants to join our thriving team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on warm desks, focusing on candidate delivery for both temporary and permanent roles. You’ll play a vital role in matching the right candidates to the right jobs, taking the time to understand our clients’ bespoke selling points and the unique needs of their roles.
What You'll Be Doing:

Sourcing and screening candidates using a well-managed database, job boards, and inbound applications
*
Building rapport with candidates and maintaining strong relationships throughout the recruitment process
*
Understanding client requirements and matching suitable candidates accordingly
*
Managing and maintaining candidate pipelines for ongoing and upcoming roles
*
Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
*
Communicating regularly with both clients and candidates to ensure smooth placement processes

Sales experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
*
Must be able to drive – our Brentwood office is not easily accessible via public transport
